About this creekside mixed-use community
Jaddaf Waterfront, formerly known as Culture Village, is a mixed-use destination of Dubai Holding located along the banks of Dubai Creek. Dubai Holding Community Management, which manages the community, describes it as located along Dubai Creek and offering a range of residential and commercial spaces. In a 2018 article, Dubai Properties described the Jaddaf Waterfront landscape as three zones, residential, retail and commercial, and named two residential communities within it, Dubai Wharf and Manazel Al Khor. The developer's pages list studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments at Dubai Wharf, and one, two and three bedroom apartments at Manazel Al Khor. The developer describes Manazel Al Khor as sand-coloured residences with traditional Arabic architecture and an internal canal, with communal facilities including swimming pools and a fitness centre. In November 2021, Khaleej Times described Jaddaf Waterfront, also known as Dubai Cultural Village, as having a harbour and cultural and exhibition centres, besides institutions offering classes in music, dance and pottery. The community manager lists shared facilities including nurseries, clinics, kids' play areas, mosques and parks. The Dubai Metro Green Line has a station named Al Jadaf, per the RTA station map retrieved 2026-09-22.
