Doorkee is the UAE's first outcome-driven rental platform. We help renters and property owners reach a signed lease with less friction, less guesswork, and no games. Today our focus is Dubai.

The problem we set out to fix

Renting in the UAE is harder than it should be. Listings are duplicated across portals, some are out of date, and a few are not real. Renters chase agents for viewings that fall through. Owners field enquiries that go nowhere. Price is a negotiation held in the dark, where neither side can see what a fair number looks like.

The result is wasted time on both sides and a process that rewards whoever games it best. We built Doorkee to remove the games.

What Doorkee does

Verified listings. Properties are checked before they go live, so what you see is real and current.
Transparent offers. Renters make an offer. Owners review it and decide. Both sides see the same terms.
A built-in AI concierge. Dara helps renters and owners understand pricing, next steps, and the process, using verified data rather than sales pressure.
Simple scheduling. Viewings are booked in the platform, not chased over the phone.

What "outcome-driven" means

Most platforms are paid for attention. They earn from listings, clicks, and leads, so their incentive is volume, not results.

Doorkee is built around the outcome that actually matters, which is a completed rental. We are aligned with the moment a renter secures a home and an owner secures a good tenant. Everything on the platform points toward that result rather than toward more traffic.

What "verified" means

Verified is a specific claim, not a badge for its own sake.

Verified properties. A listing is reviewed before it can be seen by renters.
Verified people. Renters confirm their identity before they can place an offer, so owners know who they are dealing with.

When we say a listing or an offer is verified, we mean it has passed a real check.

Our mission

Make renting in the UAE fair, clear, and fast for both sides. Renters should be able to find a real home and make a real offer without playing a game. Owners should be able to fill a property with a tenant they trust, without the noise.

We are early. We would rather do this properly than loudly.
