What Tenants Get on Doorkee

  • See the real market

Listings are reviewed before they go live, and asking rents are shown against recorded Dubai Land Department transactions wherever we have enough comparable ones to be useful.

  • Offer with full visibility

See how many offers a property already has before you place yours. Placing an offer and changing it later are free, so you can adjust your position as the picture changes.

  • Viewing to signed, on the clock

Book 30-minute viewing slots online and get automated reminders. Offers stay open 24 hours for the owner to accept, reject, or negotiate.

Market comparisons use officially published Dubai Land Department transaction records from the most recent data we have imported, so they show recorded past transactions rather than today's asking prices, and they appear only where enough comparable transactions exist. Doorkee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Dubai Land Department.

Frequently Asked Questions

Timelines vary with the property and the owner. Once your offer is accepted and the documents are agreed, a tenancy can move quickly, though Ejari registration and utility connection add a few days.

Weigh your budget, preferred location, property type, lease terms, maintenance responsibilities, nearby amenities, and additional costs such as the security deposit, agency commission, Ejari registration, and utility connection.

Browsing, saving listings, booking viewings, and making offers are all free. Changing an offer is free too, however many times you do it. Today a tenant pays Doorkee nothing. If that ever changes, you will see the amount and agree to it before anything is charged.

Everything else is separate. Broker commission, security deposit, Ejari registration, and utility connection are set by the broker or owner and are not paid to Doorkee.

You can browse and book viewings at any time. Placing an offer opens once you are within 90 days of your current lease ending, so that owners only receive offers from tenants who can actually move.
