About this waterfront residential community
Dubai Creek Harbour is an Emaar community that Emaar's own page describes as a waterfront enclave. Emaar publishes figures of 7.4 million square meters of residential space and 500,000 square meters of parks and open spaces, and gives the built form as apartments and penthouses. The same page lists 711,399 square meters of serviced apartments and one to three bedroom apartments, and names promenades, a marina and rooftop pools among the community's features. An Emaar guide published in February 2025 describes a central park with an amphitheatre, a dog park and play areas. The Dubai Media Office names Dubai Creek Harbour as one of nine key areas the Dubai Metro Blue Line will connect to Dubai International Airport. A 2025 release from the same office, marking the laying of the foundation stone, refers to that line's official inauguration in 2029. Until then no Dubai Metro station stands in Dubai Creek Harbour. The Green Line ends at Creek station, which the same office places in Al Jaddaf, and access to the community is by road, including Ras Al Khor Road and Al Khail Road.
