About this residential golf community
Emaar South is a residential community developed by Emaar Properties. Emaar Properties announced it on 5 September 2016, describing it as a dedicated golf district. In May 2018, Khaleej Times described Emaar South as a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Dubai South, with townhomes, apartments and villas abutting a championship golf course. The developer's current community page describes apartments, townhouses with private gardens and villas set around an 18-hole championship golf course. Several named neighbourhoods sit inside the community. Urbana is a mixed-use development, home to two and three bedroom townhouses in tiered and standard layouts. Golf Views has apartments overlooking the golf course. Golf Links is a gated neighbourhood of four and five bedroom standalone villas set alongside the fairways, with shaded alleyways that run to parks, play areas and swimming pools. The developer launched Golf Links in 2017, following its earlier launches of Urbana and Golf Views. Fairway Villas is a further collection of villas in the community.
