About this villa, townhouse and apartment community
Damac Hills 2 is a master community in Dubailand, developed by DAMAC Properties. The developer describes it as clusters of apartments, townhouses and villas, and says the location allows easy access to four major highways, which the page does not name. Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority names Damac Hills 2 as one of the development areas served by its Al Qudra Street extension, which runs from the intersection with Emirates Road. The developer directs drivers to the community along Umm Suqeim Road on to Al Qudra Road. The developer frames the master community around water and sports, and groups its amenities into themed zones that include Water Town, Sports Town, Equestrian Town and Motor Town. It lists wave surfing, a water playground and a splash pad under Water Town, and a football field, a cricket pitch and tennis and paddle tennis courts under Sports Town. Its amenity list also names basketball courts, a cycle track and a jogging track. Equestrian Town lists horse riding and a farmer's market, and Motor Town lists go-karting and a circuit. Other amenities the developer names are a petting farm, a fishing lake, an outdoor cinema, a butterfly garden, a picnic park, a dance studio and paintball. Among community conveniences it lists an international school, supermarkets and a healthcare clinic, and its own questions and answers section mentions playgrounds and community swimming pools. No Dubai Metro station stands in Damac Hills 2, and the RTA route list names no bus route with Damac Hills 2 or Akoya Oxygen as an endpoint.
