About this parkland villa and apartment community
Damac Hills is a self-contained community within Dubailand, developed by DAMAC Properties. The developer describes it as comprising villas, apartments and a hotel, and publishes a figure of nearly four million square feet of parkland with themed areas for relaxation and sport. The same page places the community along Umm Suqeim Road and close to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority names Damac Hills as one of the development areas served by its Al Qudra Street project, which runs from the intersection with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road through Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street to Emirates Road. The developer's own page describes the sub-projects as apartment buildings and complexes and villa compounds. The themed parkland areas it lists include gardens and lakes, a skate park, stables, a football field and tennis courts. Its amenity list adds children's play areas and parks, a cricket field and volleyball, and horse riding lessons for children and adults at the stables. The developer also says the community hosts regular community events. No Dubai Metro station stands in Damac Hills. On the RTA route list the only bus route with Damac Hills as an endpoint is J03, which RTA runs between Damac Hills and Dubai Studio City, and no metro feeder route names the community at all.
