About this gated villa and townhouse community
Mudon is a gated community developed by Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding. The developer describes it as set amid parkland, with villas and townhouses alongside community centres, jogging tracks, landscaped parks and sports fields. Dubai Holding Community Management, which manages the community, describes Mudon as a residential gated community of townhouses and stand-alone villas located along Al Qudra Road, and lists four clusters, Al Salam, Al Naseem, Rahat and Arabella. In July 2023, The National reported that Dubai Properties had unveiled Mudon Al Ranim, 182 townhouses with three and four bedroom layouts, as the final phase and the conclusion of the Mudon community. The developer's own pages describe three named parts of the community. Arabella has three and four bedroom townhouses with gardens. Mudon Views has one, two and three bedroom apartments. Mudon Al Ranim has three and four bedroom townhouses. The community manager lists shared facilities including kids' play areas, outdoor gyms, swimming pools, sports courts, tennis courts, parks, a dog park, barbecue stations and mosques.
