About this park-centered townhouse and apartment community
Town Square is a master-planned community by the developer Nshama, launched in 2015. Nshama publishes a build out target of around 18,000 apartments and 3,000 townhouses at completion. The same source gives a 50,000 sqm central park, 260,000 sqm of greenery, 13 km of cycling trails and a 10 km running track. The community sits near Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road, and Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority names Town Square as one of the areas served by its Al Qudra Street extension. No Dubai Metro station stands in Town Square, and Nshama states that shuttle buses run at regular intervals between the community and Equiti Metro Station, which is on the Red Line.
