About this mixed-use freehold community
Wasl Gate is a mixed-use freehold development in Jebel Ali along Sheikh Zayed Road, developed by wasl. In September 2018, Gulf News reported that units at two of the buildings comprising wasl gate were going on sale that October. The developer describes Wasl Gate as offering apartments, townhouses, dining and retail, and a 2024 wasl guide says it spans an area of 1.23 million square metres. The developer names several residential projects inside the master development. The Nook has almost 300 units across two buildings, with studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. The developer's page for The Nook lists a football field and a jogging track. Gardenia Townhomes offers three and four bedroom townhouses. The developer's Wasl Gate page lists a gym, pool, playground, barbeque area and splash pad, along with a central park, a dog park and a main boulevard. Its Gardenia Townhomes page mentions lawns and a children's play area in the community center.
