About this gated townhouse community
Rukan is a gated residential community in Dubailand. In November 2019, Khaleej Times reported that Reportage Properties had recently launched 349 villas at Rukan Lofts, in cooperation with Continental Investment. Reportage Properties describes Rukan Lofts as a gated compound with more than 800 townhouses, each provided with a dedicated parking bay and a private front and backyard. The developer states that the space spans approximately 2,600,000 square feet, with over 70 per cent made up of open public realms and greenery. Its brochure places Rukan Lofts next to Arabian Ranches and lists retail stores, a nursery, a mosque and several swimming pools in the community. Rukan Tower, also by Reportage Properties, is a mid-rise residential building of three connected towers, Tower A, Tower B and Tower C, with 608 apartments, positioned next to the Rukan Community entrance. The developer's brochure describes Rukan Tower as surrounded by Rukan Lofts, large parks, shopping centres, cycling tracks and a swimming pool. Amenities listed on the developer's page include a swimming pool, a shopping centre, a gymnasium, dedicated parking, running tracks, a football court and landscape gardens.
