About this gated apartment community
Remraam is a gated residential community. Khaleej Times reported in January 2020 that it is named after the remraam plant that grows in the UAE, that it started taking shape in 2007, and that its developer is Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding. In July 2011, The National named the developer as Mizin, a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group. The community is split into two areas, Al Thamam and Al Ramth, with a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Dubai Holding Community Management, the operator of the community, describes Remraam as a residential community with pools, parks and playgrounds, as well as retail and dining options, and lists two community centres. Its listed facilities include kids' play areas, gymnasiums, swimming pools, barbecue stations, mosques and an indoor event hall. Khaleej Times also reported pocket parks, basketball and tennis courts, and building podiums with play and barbecue areas.
