About this villa and townhouse community
Falcon City, known in full as Falconcity of Wonders, is a residential development in Dubai. In February 2016, The National described it as a project launched in 2005, and reported that it was being spearheaded by Salem Ahmad Al Moosa Enterprises, a family-owned conglomerate founded in 1975. Gulf News reported in April 2013 that the master developer of the project is Dubailand. In April 2013, Gulf News reported that 366 villas had been completed. The same report said infrastructure work, including a power plant and a sewage plant, was finished. In September 2023, Gulf News described Falcon City as one of the legacy developments launched in the early 2000s, when Dubai first opened freehold ownership to all, and said it already had an established resident base spread over its completed residences. Later that month it described Falcon City as a fairly established community of villas and townhouses. In February 2026, Gulf News reported that the development includes residential plots in the Wadi Al Safa 2 area.
