About this canal-side apartment community
Canal Front Residences is a residential community at the Dubai Water Canal, developed by master developer Meydan. In October 2021, the Government of Dubai Media Office reported that Meydan had unveiled phase one of the project. The same report said the apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms. It also described contemporary interiors and large living and dining spaces. The developer's brochure describes the residences as occupying two locations, on the northern and southern banks of the canal. In March 2024, Dubai Holding announced the incorporation of Nakheel and Meydan into Dubai Holding, and Nakheel now lists Canal Front Residences among its Meydan developments. Dubai Holding Community Management, which manages the community, describes it as one, two and three bedroom apartments and Garden Suites, and lists kids' play areas, gymnasiums and swimming pools as shared facilities. Its page for the community names a community team for community operations and customer engagement.
