About this mid-rise residential community
City Walk is a neighbourhood in Dubai developed by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate. The developer describes City Walk as a creative lifestyle space to live, work and play in the heart of Dubai, and as a blend of residential, retail and leisure spaces. The National reported that Phase 2 of City Walk opened in February 2016 as a family entertainment and retail complex, and in September 2016 that City Walk had started welcoming residents. Khaleej Times, writing in December 2021, said City Walk consisted of 34 mid-rise residential buildings with one- to four-bedroom apartments, including penthouses and duplexes, that all residential buildings have retail stores on the ground floor, and that residents have access to more than a dozen swimming pools and several gyms. The developer also says City Walk residents and visitors have access to medical, healthcare and wellbeing services. Meraas places its City Walk Residences on Al Safa Street.
