About this villa community
Jumeirah Park is a villa community in Dubai. Nakheel launched it in September 2006 as the fourth member of its Jumeirah family. A 2021 Khaleej Times report says the villas offer 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms depending on plot size, and follow four architectural themes named Regional, Heritage, Legacy and Nova. Facilities listed by the developer include parks, outdoor gyms, tennis, basketball and other sports courts, a football pitch, table tennis, a community pavilion and a kids play area. The same 2021 report describes two community centres, in District 5 and District 8, along with a mosque and jogging and cycling tracks. The community sits behind Jumeirah Lake Towers. A Nakheel announcement of April 2021 names Nakheel as the master developer of Jumeirah Park. It reports that a new mosque in District 9, on the southern side of Jumeirah Park, can accommodate more than 400 worshippers and has a dedicated area for ladies.
